Terms and Conditions for the Points Program

  1. Program Launch
    The Points Program will begin on January 8, 2025, and applies to all eligible orders.
  2. Earning Points
    • You will earn 1 point for every order of $20 or more.
    • Points will be automatically added to your account after the order is completed.
  3. Redeeming Points
    • Points can be redeemed on your next order but cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Only one type of reward can be redeemed per order. You cannot combine multiple rewards in a single order.
    • Redemption rates are as follows:
      • 5 points = 5% off your entire order
      • 8 points = 10% off your entire order
      • 10 points = Free 1 lb of Salmon
      • 12 points =12% off your entire order 
      • 15 points =  Free 1 lb of Red Tuna
      • 18 points = Free 1 lb of Scallops
      • 20 points = 15% off your entire order
      • 22 points = 20% off your entire order
  4. Points Expiration
    • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
    • Unused points will automatically expire after the validity period, with no prior notice.
  5. Points Cancellation and Returns
    • If an order is canceled or returned, the points earned from that order will be deducted accordingly.
    • If points have been redeemed and the order is canceled or returned, the points will not be refunded.
  6. Program Modifications and Termination
    • We (Jpfoods YEG) reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Points Program at any time.
    • Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
  7. Non-transferability of Points
    • Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered account holder. Points cannot be sold or transferred to others.
  8. Dispute Resolution
    • If you have any questions or disputes regarding the Points Program, please contact us.
    • We reserve the right of final decision, including but not limited to earning and redeeming points.

      • 12分 = 全單12%折扣
      • 15分 = 免費1磅紅吞拿魚
      • 18分 = 免費1磅帶子
      • 20分 = 全單15%折扣
      • 22分 = 全單20%折扣
  5. 積分有效期
    • 積分有效期為自獲得日期起的12個月。
    • 超過有效期未使用的積分將自動過期，無需另行通知。
  6. 積分的取消與退貨
    • 若訂單被取消或退貨，所獲得的積分將被相應扣除。
    • 如您使用積分進行兌換，並於該訂單後取消或退貨，積分將不予退回。
  7. 計劃修改與終止
    • 我們（Jpfoods YEG）保留隨時修改、暫停或終止此積分計劃的權利。
    • 如有任何變更，我們將提前通知顧客。
  8. 積分的不可轉讓性
    • 積分僅限於註冊帳戶持有者使用，不能轉讓或出售給其他人。
  9. 爭議解決
    • 若您對積分計劃有任何疑問或爭議，請聯繫我們。
    • 我們保留最終決定權，包括但不限於積分的賺取與兌換。
